Do the right thing; Letters..

I READ Keith McLeod's wellwritten lead story in Thursday's Daily Record regarding the raw deal for creditors of the former Rangers football club.

The Record View makes the valid point that "the little man" is getting a raw deal while lawyers laugh all the way to the bank.

I was also shocked to read that the hard-pressed Scottish Ambulance Service remain out of pocket to the tune of PS8438.40.

If Dave King insists that the football club remain one and the same, surely there is a case for "the same club" to reimburse the SAS in full, even if such a payment was, for strictly legal purposes, to be declared as being made on an ex-gratia basis.
