SIGNATURE DISH: GNOCCHI WITH DECONSTRUCTED CAPRESE The menu changes with the seasons, offering inventive and traditional Italian fare, but this has remained a constant since its inception due to popular demand. The Gnocchi is given a fresh twist with tomato sauce and basil oil instead of a heavy cream sauce. Topped with Burrata, sourced all the way from Italy, the dish is just as hearty as its Italian cousins and served with artistic flair without compromising on the taste. A true feast for the palate!
