Ditech Networks to Exhibit at GSMA Mobile World Congress 2011.

Ditech to Reveal New Languages for PhoneTag and New Virtual HD Voice Product

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Ditech Networks (NASDAQ:DITC), a leader in voice solutions for quality and transcription, announced today that it will exhibit at the upcoming GSMA Mobile World Congress 2011 (MWC) trade show to be held February 14-17 in Barcelona, Spain. MWC is the largest mobile industry event of the year with over 50,000 attendees and 1,300 companies displaying cutting-edge mobile products and technology.

Conference participants are encouraged to join Ditech at its booth (Booth 2C62, Hall 2) where they can experience new languages running on Ditech's PhoneTag voice-to-text platform and a new Virtual HD Voice service, which runs alongside Ditech's industry leading voice quality algorithms. Ditech's PhoneTag Auto voice-to-text service will be available in four new languages. The PhoneTag platform enables multiple voice-to-text applications, including voicemail, voice SMS, voice to email, and conference call transcription. All four languages will be available for trial and revenue service. Additionally, Ditech will be unveiling a new Virtual High Definition Voice solution, which will be available for cable, mobile and VoIP network operators. Combined with Ditech's voice quality assurance algorithms, the Virtual HD solution enables operators to roll out high quality HD voice services without having to wait for full adoption of HD enabled devices.
