District to get its own jobs fair.
Prospective employers will have representatives there to give details of employment and training opportunities, as well as advice on interview techniques and CV writing.
The event has been organised by Watch - Working Actively To Change Hillfields.
Almost 20 companies have confirmed they will be present including Severn Trent Water, Pizza Hut, Your Voice translation and interpretation services, Now Care agency, Asda and the Job Centre.
The event is open to anyone looking for new training and employment opportunities, as well as teenagers about to leave school.
It is being held in the Watch community building, in Victoria Street, from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday.
