Distribution Management Services Inc. Announces Plans.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2003

Distribution Management Services Inc. (OTCBB:DMGS), a Florida corporation, has successfully closed the sale of its Miami recycling facility, which it has owned and operated for approximately five years, for $1,050,000 in cash.

The company has enlarged its Board of Directors with the addition of Jordan Klein, Sr., and Jordan Klein, Jr. Jordan Klein, Sr. holds a legendary, world-renowned position in the underwater photography and movie industry. He holds director's status in the Directors Guild of America and is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Academy Award in 2002 for Scientific and Technical Achievement, was inducted into the Divers Hall of Fame 2003, and has successfully participated in the production of over 75 films including Cocoon, Jaws, and the James Bond films, as well as the television series Flipper and Sea Hunt. The company has acquired the film rights to several full length motion pictures. The first will be filmed on location in Nassau, Bahamas, and the Jordan Klein Studios.
