Display Technologies Files for National Market Listing.

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 1998--Display Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:DTEK) Tuesday announced that it has applied to have the company's common stock and common stock warrants listed for trading on Nasdaq's National Market System.

The company has been advised by Nasdaq that the application process generally takes two to three months. DTEK's common stock and warrants are presently listed for trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

According to J. William Brandner, the company's president and chief executive officer, "We now meet all stated criteria for listing on the National Market System. If our application is approved, NMS listing should give us broader exposure in the financial markets and, hopefully, increase institutional interest in our stock."

Display Technologies, through its subsidiaries, designs, manufactures, installs and services hi-tech electronic computer driven video displays, message centers, scoreboards and business identity signs, and also manufactures a line of compressed air filter products.
