Dispensaries in federal capital becoming ineffective.

ISLAMABAD, June 25, 2010 (Balochistan Times): Dispensaries working under federal capital have lost their utility owing to negligence of the administration. As per details, 14 basic health centres in 12 union councils of federal capital have lost their utility as medicines have run out of stock and buildings are in dilapidated condition. Sources of district health department, basic health centres have been categories in three sectors Bhara Kahu sector, Tarlai sector and Sihala sector. The sources said that at least Rs 170 million would be spent to improve condition of the basic health centres while the amount would be approved by IDWP in meeting. The sources said that recruitment of 45 employees has been recommended to remove lack of staff.
