Disney set to use Google search engine technology.

Entertainment company Walt Disney Co. will be using Internet search technology from online search engine Google Inc on several of its web sites.

The Disney sites that will feature Google web search technology include http://www.go.com, http://www.disney.com, http://www.movies.com and http://www.familyfun.com.

In related news Disney is considering selling its web search technology that it obtained in 1998 with its acquisition of Infoseek.

No financial terms of the agreement were revealed.
