Disney Villains beauty line debuts at Walgreens.
GLENDALE, Calif. -- Walgreen Co.'s seasonal Halloween offerings this year are distinguished by an array of licensed Disney items that come from a variety of suppliers spanning several product categories.
The Disney Villains collection includes books on beauty looks, nail polish, nail art, hair accessories, eyelashes and cosmetics bags, and it features such memorable Disney villains as Cruella De Vil, Evil Queen, Maleficent and Ursula.
E.l.f. Cosmetics provides beauty look books that are dedicated to the different villains. For example, the Disney Villains Look Book, which is priced at $9.99, contains one eyelid primer, six eye shadows, one brightening eyeliner, one liquid liner, one mascara, one lip color and one eye shadow brush.
The Cruella De Vil look book, meanwhile, expresses the character's style with a neutral palette of eye shadow shades including Maniac, Puppy Love, Fur, Cruelty, Eccentric and Stolen.
For a different look, the Ursula look book provides a bright, vibrant palette of colors including Coral, Sea Witch, Shell, Kiss the Girl, Triton and Bewitched.
For a Halloween eye makeover, the Disney Villains collection offers a set of Ardell Lashes for $7.99 that includes three lash styles, lash adhesive and step-by-step tutorials on how to achieve the look of each villain featured.
For a special Halloween nail look, consumers can choose between a 12-piece Disney Villains nail polish cube from e.l.f. cosmetics for $9.99 and a Kiss Pro Nail Art Kit.
The e.l.f, nail cube features four polish trios that are dedicated to Cruella De Vil, Evil Queen, Maleficent and Ursula, while the Kiss Pro Nail Art set offers jewels and decorative stickers paced at $9.99.
Purchasers can keep their Disney Villains collection items in a SOHO Beauty cosmetic bag collection that includes a weekender bag, a round train case, a clutch and a two-piece clutch set for $10.
Rounding out the collection is an array of ponytailers featuring Cruella De Vil-themed spotted pants and Maleficent-themed charms, while reds and metallics represent the Evil Queen.
Walgreens celebrated the launch of the Disney Villains collection with beauty makeover events in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles earlier this month.
