Discover the Hudson waterfront.

Only two homes remain available in the Discovery Cove at Half Moon Bay neighborhood, located along the shores of the Hudson River. The waterfront resort community was built by WCI Spectrum Communities.

Discovery Cove is inspired by the architectural design of historic New England seaside villages. The magnificent waterfront Admiral townhome is one of the homes available for occupancy this summer.

This impressive property features three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a two-car garage, family room with gas-burning fireplace and deck overlooking the Hudson River.

The community features a gated entry, an easy 47-minute commute to Manhattan and shuttle service to the Croton-Harmon train station. The Half Moon Bay marina is within walking distance of Discovery Cove.

"There is no better place to take in the beauty of the Hudson River than Half Moon Bay. Discovery Cove offers residents the kind of carefree, waterfront lifestyle of which they always dreamed," said Mitchell C. Hochberg, president and CEO of WCI Spectrum Communities.

Discovery Cover also features the new Admiral House Clubhouse, with multipurpose room and tennis courts, as well as a pool and whirlpool spa, overlooking the Hudson River.
