Disaster recovery software. (Market Place)., Inc., of Ogdensburg, New York, has released an updated version of its Phoenix Disaster Recovery Planning software system for Internet service providers. The software is now a network-enabled, multi-user collaboration tool to allow concurrent plan development across an enterprise while planning participants in multiple locations and departments work simultaneously. It will generate, house, and maintain a comprehensive ISP business continuity plan that can be stored in the host machine's database, as well as in word processor formats and portable document format. The software assists the user in planning content and generating the document. Revisions and maintenance of the plan are simple. A demonstration copy of the software can be downloaded at
