Dirig Signs Distribution Agreement With Magirus Datentechnik.

Dirig expands reseller channel in Europe based on demand for next

generation solutions that ensure performance

Dirig Software, a leading developer of application and system management solutions, today announced a distribution agreement with Magirus Datentechnik GmbH & Co. KG, a division of global distributor Magirus Group based in Stuttgart, Germany. Under terms of the agreement, Dirig and Magirus will market and sell Dirig's application and system management products through Magirus' European reseller channel.

Building on their established position as a leading distributor of HP OpenView management products, Magirus will introduce Dirig's Linux/Apache Smart Plug-in (SPI) for HP OpenView as well as the Dirig suite of products integrated into HP Network Node Manager to its resellers. Dirig is an HP OpenView Portfolio Partner offering HP certified solutions that compliment the OpenView product line with products like Fenway for application server component management.
