Didn't he do SWELL! Brucie's pounds 5.4million bonus.
SHOWBIZ legend Bruce Forsyth made a pounds 5.4MILLION Brucie Bonus last year - despite his 15 per cent BBC pay cut.
The 82-year-old had a bumper payday even though his wages for hosting Strictly Come Dancing dropped by pounds 160,000.
Busy Bruce - who has called TV presenters "overpaid" - raked in cash for appearing on shows such as Have I Got News For You, Piers Morgan's Life Stories and next week's Cutting Edge: Living With Brucie. He also earned big bucks from speaking engagements, golf videos, repeat show royalties and his autobiography.
A pal said: "Bruce still has it. And he knows how to look after his cash. That's why he's made a profit even in the recession. As he would say, 'Didn't he do well'."
The pounds 5.4million net sum shown in Bruce's company accounts is up pounds 400,000 from the previous year's figure of pounds 5million.
Bruce - 70 years in showbiz - lives with ex-Miss World wife Wilnelia, 50, near Wentworth Golf Course, Surrey.
She is a joint director of Bruce Forsyth Enterprises and has access to a current account of pounds 159,800 and pounds 32,685 company car, the books show.
