Dick Corporation Receives Contract Modification for the Construction of the Main Street Bridge.

PITTSBURGH -- Dick Corporation has received a contract modification to provide Construction Management services to the Ohio Department of Transportation for the construction of the $45 million Main Street Bridge in Columbus, OH. Dick Corporation was previously under contract to provide Preconstruction Services for the project. When completed in 2009, the bridge will be only the fifth structure in the world, and the first in North America, to utilize an inclined arch superstructure. In addition, it will be the only one of the five to incorporate post-tensioning into the design.
