Diaz & Criss 'no Angels'.
Byline: By GRAEME MASSIECAMERON Diaz has been branded a home wrecker who broke up the "secret" marriage of TV magician Criss Angel.
The Hollywood star and the Mindfreak illusionist, 38, were repeatedly spotted together in Las Vegas last month.
And Angel's wife Joanne Sarantakos is not happy.
Diaz, 34, has now been named in a divorce suit and will be ordered to testify about her relationship with Angel, the New York Post reports.
Joanne Sarantakos claimed her five-year marriage to Angel broke down as soon as he became famous and began dating the Charlie's Angels star.
Now she wants to see Diaz in the Supreme Court in Mineola, New York, to get some answers.
Sarantako's lawyer said: "We're naming Cameron Diaz as his lover. We will subpoena her as soon as she comes to New York."
Representatives for Diaz have refused to comment.
The attorney claimed the magician kept his wife a "secret" to appeal to female fans.
