Diamond Jubilee show at gardens.

CASTLE Bromwich Hall Gardens Trust has joined forces with Castle Bromwich U3A (University Of The Third Age) to put on an exciting Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebration on Saturday, June 2. The event will be held at the Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens, Chester Road, Castle Bromwich, B36 9BT, from 11am until 4pm.

There will be music, song and dance, arts and crafts, fun sports, miniature and model railways, a fancy dress competition, treasure hunt, stalls, face-painting, garden tours, refreshments, a barbecue and more.

Admission will be at a reduced price of pounds 2.50 adult, pounds 1 child and includes entry to the historic gardens. Meanwhile, the summer season at Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens opens on April 1 (Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday Mondays from 12.30 to 4.30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am to 4pm. The gardens are closed Monday and Friday.)
