Dialogue Systems relocates.

In an expansion move, Dialogue Systems, a publishing firm, signed a sublease agreement with IDC Services for 17,000 square feet of office space, encompassing the entire fourth floor of the building located at 79 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.

The term of the lease is approximately six years. The transaction represents an upgrade in terms of the tenant's location, building and installation as well as an increase in space by more than 70 percent over its previous location at 627 Broadway Dialogue Systems' relocation was prompted by the firm's new business venture into African cultural products and an expansion of its core publishing business.

Michael Berman and Allan Cleary with the New York office of Julien J. Studley, Inc., exclusively represented the tenant in the negotiations.

Sylvia Haddad of Lansco represented IDC Services in the transaction.
