DiCentral and 3PL Central Announce Strategic Partnership to Provide Customers with Integrated EDI and WMS Solution.

HOUSTON & OREM, Utah -- DiCentral Corporation, the fastest growing provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and 3PL Central, a provider of an on-demand 3PL software, today announced the formation of a strategic partnership to provide EDI integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. This new strategic relationship will provide Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs) with an integrated web-based solution to manage warehouse operations and the EDI requirements for each client they serve.

According to Eric Braswell, senior director of global channels for DiCentral, "With this joint solution, trading documents for suppliers are automatically routed to both the appropriate distribution facility as well as the 3PL Central Warehouse Management System for tracking and fulfillment." Noted Steven Katz, vice president of sales and marketing for 3PL Central, "We were looking for an EDI provider partner who understood the critical role 3PLs play in the supply chain. With more and more manufacturers outsourcing both their EDI and warehousing services, there is a natural fit with DiCentral."

With the joint DiCentral and 3PL Central solution, EDI orders from major retailers such as WalMart, Home Depot, and JCPenney will automatically be routed by DiCentral to the appropriate 3PL - as well as electronically transmitted into their 3PL Central warehouse management system used by 3PLs and public warehouses. The joint solution results in:

* Quicker order fulfillment

* Better accuracy by eliminating the need for retyping orders

* Greater control through real-time inventory reports

* No software or hardware to purchase since both offerings are 100% web-based

* Streamlined retailer compliance from initial EDI document transmission to warehouse printing of UCC-128 labels
