A DESIGN agency is helping kit out England football fans for the World Cup.
David Beckham, Michael Owen and Wayne Rooney will be among the stars competing in the World Cup finals in Germany next year.
And Heckmondwike- based Bluedoor Associates has designed a range of products, including T-shirts and boxer shorts, featuring the St George's flag and the phrase 2006 Uber Alles - which is taken from the German national anthem.
There will also be teddy bears and flags for supporters to buy.
Bluedoor's Chinese office will source the items as part of a commercial joint venture with the agency's client, CCA Group.
CCA is based in Preston, Lancashire, and supplies greetings cards, wrapping paper and giftware for high street shops.
The World Cup products will be launched next spring and marketed to retailers.
Bluedoor set up the Shanghai office almost a year ago, to provide design and marketing services for Far Eastern manufacturers exporting to Europe and the USA and for western firms setting up operations in Asia.
Bluedoor director Steve Chandler said: "Designing the range was a challenge, due to the restrictions placed on merchandise associated with the World Cup.
"This is a great product and an exciting step forward in the development of integrated design and production.
"It also provides proof of our systems to our other clients and potential clients considering design and sourcing options."
Bluedoor was formed in 1992 and has worked for a wide range of clients, including retailers BhS, Tesco and Sainsburys, as well as Princes Soft Drinks and Virgin.
