Software company Designbyte has announced the immediate availability of its Magictelecom call analysis service for managing corporate call charges.
The service lets company executives receive reports for the calls that employees make and provide an itemised bill for each user for both mobile and fixed telephones. All reports can be accessed over the Internet by authorised personnel and include most called numbers, most expensive calls, biggest spenders, costs by call type, local, national or international calls, mobile roamed calls and calls by date and time.
Magictelecom can also handle calls from any European network in any currency.
