Derby v Newcastle.

Paul Mcgrath makes his first Premiership appearance of the season after leaving Aston Villa.

Matt Carbon, 21, stands down as McGrath forms a three-man central defence alongside Igor Stimac and Gary Rowett.

Former Derby skipper Robin Van der Laan has joined Wolves on a month's loan but manager Jim Smith says the Dutchman may still have a future with them.

For Newcastle, Peter Beardsley is fit and David Ginola (groin) hopes to recover in time.

Keith Gillespie, involved in three of the goals in the 4-3 win over Aston Villa, says: " I've come in and done OK and the main thing is to try to stay in the team."
