Derby day at Jenner Park as the Quins provide opposition; Welsh Football watch.

BARRY Town face a big local derby on Tuesday when Grange Quins visit Jenner Park for a MacWhirter Welsh League Division Two match.

On the same evening, second-placed Bettws make the trip to Llangeinor having stepped up their promotion chase with a 3-0 win against Ely Rangers. Christian Burge fired a hat-trick.

It was a 16th win of the season for Bettws, who now look favourites to lift the title.

In Division One, Dinas Powys and Ton Pentre clash in a top-of-the-table battle on Wednesday.

Welsh League midweek fixtures:

Division One

Tuesday: Pontardawe Town v Afan Lido, Caerleon v Goytre United, ENTO Aberaman Ath v Bridgend Town.

Wednesday: Bryntirion Athletic v Taffs Well, Croesyceiliog v Cambrian & Clydach, Dinas Powys v Ton Pentre, Garw v Cwmbran Town.

Thursday: Pontardawe Town v ENTO Aberaman Athletic.

Division Two:

Tuesday: Barry Town v Grange Harlequins, Cardiff Corinthians v Troedyrhiw, Llangeinor v Bettws, Uwic v Treharris Athletic.

Wednesday: Garden Village v West End, Pontyclun v Briton Ferry.

Thursday: Cardiff Corinthians v Bettws.

Friday: Ely Rangers v Uwic.
