Denholtz' superior performance earns housing management nod.

Union Plaza Apartments and Rahway Plaza Apartments, managed by Denholtz Associates, were recognized by The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency with its Excellence in Housing Management Award for 2004.

The award recognizes superior performance in four categories: physical condition of the property, administrative, asset management and occupancy levels.

Both developments received an "Excellent" rating.

This is the ninth consecutive year that Union Plaza has won this award.

"Having attained nearly perfect scores on NJMHFA's rating criteria, our property management teams at Union Plaza and Rahway Plaza truly deserve the accolades that NJHMFA has bestowed on them," said Neil Heilberg, COO of Denholtz Associates.

"Receiving this award is a testament to Denholtz Associates' passion for customer service and dedication to our tenants."

Union Plaza Apartments is a three-building, high-rise complex located in Union City.

Amenities include a playground and recreation area, three-level parking garage, on-site community room and abundant storage facilities.

Robin Ansell is the property manager and Sonia Salazar is the onsite manager.

Rahway Plaza Apartments, located in Rahway, is a high-rise building complex featuring private terraces, 24-hour TV intercom security systems, newly renovated playground and recreation areas, charcoal grills, picnic tables and sitting areas, championship-size swimming pool, on-site parking and laundry facilities.

Robert B. Mahoney is the property manager and Sandy Przelomski is the on site manager at Rahway Plaza Apartments.
