Delta expands service between NWA, Cincinnati.

Delta Connection will offer customers expanded nonstop jet service between Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport at Highfill and Delta Air Lines' hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport effective Jan. 8.

Delta Connection carrier Comair will operate one additional round-trip flight between Cincinnati and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, giving customers a choice of three daily nonstop flights to Cincinnati.

"Since it started in July, our customers in the northwest Arkansas region have responded very favorably to Delta Connection's nonstop jet service to Cincinnati," said Fred Buttrell, president and chief executive officer of Delta Connection Inc. "We are responding to customer demand and customer preference for frequent flight selections by expanding our service with an evening flight in early 2004."
