Delta Coatings Corporation, Melrose Park, IL, has acquired
Federated Paint and Midwest Lacquer, a manufacturer of liquid coatings
and lacquer paint products. Federated Paint will be integrated into
Delta Coatings and its corporate headquarters, operations, and existing
R&D staff will be located in Melrose Park. With the acquisition of
Federated Paint and Midwest Lacquer's manufacturing sites, Delta
Coatings will increase its overall manufacturing facilities by an
additional 48,000 square feet. The acquisition will significantly expand
Delta Coatings' product line and will augment its R&D and
product introduction capabilities.
