Deloite & Touche sublets 67,000 sf.

In a major space disposition arranged by Newmark Real Estate Services, the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche has sublet 67,000 square feet of space at 1114 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan to four separate subtenants.

The subleases, which have an aggregate rental valued at approximately $4 million, were negotiated by Arthur H. Lerner, vice chairman, and Paul A. Haskin, executive director, of Newmark Real Estate Services.

The subtenants include Salant Corporation, which will occupy 45,000 square feet of space on the entire 17th and part of the 16th floor; the law firm of Barnes & Darby, which subleased 10,000 square feet on the 16th floor; American Passage Media, Inc., which will occupy 7,500 square feet of space on part of the 14th floor; and Spencer Communications, which will occupy 3,700 square feet on the 16th floor.
