Delicious dill pickle recipe was easy!

COUNTRYSIDE: I just wanted to tell you how easy that dill pickle recipe was to do (Sept/Oct 2004). I've been canning for about 10 years now and those are the best tasting, crunchiest pickles I have ever made. I couldn't believe that you didn't have to give them a hot water bath to seal them. Thank you so much!

Does anyone happen to have another easy recipe for pickled cauliflower? I want to make them a little hot, so I guess I can add a hot pepper. If I'm using vinegar, like the pickles, I thought that I could adapt the recipe to do the cauliflower, but thought I should get some help on that. Any ideas or recipes would be greatly appreciated.

And thanks again for a great recipe on the pickles! I'll never be brining them again!--Pauron@aol.com
