"I thank the finance minister that he gave 200 crores for electricity and water problems in Delhi. Today, Delhi budget will be presented, and hence, we want the central government to give all facilities to the poor people. We want to give all facilities like water and electricity to all poor people in Delhi, and would like to see the people of this city come out from these problems," Upadhyay said.

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Budget for NCT of Delhi for the Financial Year 2014-15 in Parliament today.
