Delay for Carr rap on fraud.

THE case against Maxine Carr for alleged benefit fraud and lying on job forms was adjourned yesterday.

She is serving three years for conspiring with Ian Huntley to pervert the course of justice over the murders of 10-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in Soham.

Carr, due out next month, faces 20 charges.

-FATHER-of-three PC Clive Burgoyne, 46, a computer operator on the Soham case, was yesterday charged with two counts of breaching a restraining order by contacting Linda Beard, a civilian worker he had an affair with. He was bailed.
