Delaware Investments Colorado Municipal Income Fund Inc (NYSE American:VCF); Delaware Investments National Municipal Income Fund (NYSE AMEX:VFL); and Delaware Investments Minnesota Municipal Income Fund II Inc (Nasdaq:VMM) (together, the funds) revealed on Wednesday that the members of the portfolio management team will comprise of Gregory A. Gizzi, Stephen J. Czepiel, Denise A. Franchetti and Jake van Roden, as of 26 February 2019.
VCF and VMM will provide current income exempt from federal income tax and from the personal income tax of its state, if any, consistent with the preservation of capital, while VFL aims to provide current income exempt from regular federal income tax consistent with the preservation of capital. Also, each fund can use leveraging techniques in order to obtain a higher return for the fund and at present, each has outstanding a series of variable-rate preferred shares, as leverage.
