A GRIEVING father today said he was ``boiling with rage'' after being sued by the driver who killed his son.

Student Richard Jones, 18, was knocked down by taxi driver Malcolm Wright in Dyserth, North Wales, four years ago.

Mr Wright, who faced no criminal charges over the accident, claimed he was traumatised and sued Mr Jones's parents for damages.

George Jones, a 54 year -old farmer, today said he was unaware of reports that an out- of court settlement had been reached.

He said: ``The thought of that man making a single ha'penny from Richard's death makes my insides boil with rage. ''
