Dear Rachael: HOW CAN WE HELP SPECIAL NEPHEW?

Byline: Rachael

Q MY wife and I are in our 70s and have no children. My widowed cousin Mary died last month, leaving her mentally handicapped son living in sheltered accommodation. We have always visited Ronnie every week and see him as a surrogate son. We would like to leave him some money in our will to make sure he is well looked after, but we are not sure how to ensure this won't be exploited.
