Dear Mirror - The great debate: Howard still can't sell us the Tories.

Byline: Norman Watson

AS the election is set for May 5 polls show Labour's lead on the Conservatives down, despite the Howard Flight fiasco. But most readers don't trust the Tories.

TONY Blair's political life should have ended when it became obvious he had misled his party and country over Iraq.

Instead Labour supported him - despite the deaths of thousands of innocent people.

As a life-long Labour supporter I find it unforgivable that Blair has made it impossible for millions of us to vote for them ever again. What a massive error of judgment.
