Deal snapshot: SUMERU EQUITY ACQUIRES UK TEM SOLTIONS FIRM MDSL.
California, US-based private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners (SEP) has acquired UK-based technology expense management (TEM) solutions provider MDSL, to combine with Sumeru's Telesoft portfolio investment, the company said.
SEP, which also owns TEM provider Telesoft, has acquired MDSL based on its growth, global reach, advanced technology platform, customer service and quality of employees. SEP will combine its Telesoft investment into MDSL. The combination of the MDSL and Telesoft organisations will increase scale and global delivery capability while continuing to emphasise the core value of outstanding customer service.
