Deal snapshot: MEXICO'S TERRAFINA TO ACQUIRE PORTFOLIO OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES FOR USD 220M.

Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (FIBRA) Terrafina (BMV: TERRA13) has signed a binding agreement to acquire twenty class A industrial properties located in the Northern region of Mexico for USD 220m excluding taxes and transaction costs, the company said.

The closing of this transaction is subject to the approval of the Mexican Anti-Trust Commission (Comision Federal de Competencia Economica or COFECE). This acquisition is expected to be included in Terrafina's first quarter 2018 results, generating an annualised Adjusted Funds from Operations increase between 17% and 18%.
