Deal snapshot: CADENCE AEROSPACE ACQUIRES B AND E OEM MANUFACTURING DIVISION.
California, US-based structural and engine component manufacturer Cadence Aerospace has acquired Massachusetts, US-based B and E Group's OEM Manufacturing Division, the company said. This Division is a provider of engine components for aerospace and defense customers.
Cadence Aerospace is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. Similar to Cadence's existing Tell Tool and ADM facilities, B and E focusses on hard metal and complex engine components.
