Canada-based Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX: ACB) (NYSE: ACB) (Frankfurt:21P; WKN: A1C4WM) has closed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of privately held Whistler Medical Marijuana Corp. in an all-share transaction valued at up to approximately CDN 175m (USD 132m), including certain milestone payments, the company said.
Located in Whistler, British Columbia, Whistler has developed one of Canada's most successful cannabis brands, built on organic certified BC bud.
