DAYTON, Ohio -- Dayton Superior Corporation (NASDAQ:DSUP) announced today that the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised 250,000 shares of the 1,177,500 shares available under the over-allotment option Dayton granted them in connection with the offering. The exercise of the over-allotment option will generate proceeds, after underwriting discounts and commissions, of approximately $2.8 million.
