Daymak Launches New Electric Bicycles.

Toronto, Ontario-based alternative-power transportation device developer Daymak recently announced the launch of its new electric bicycle, the Super Ebike.

According to Daymark, the Super Ebike has a range of up to 100 kilometers (about 62 miles) per charge, which the company said costs less than 20 cents.

Daymak noted that the new electric bikes, which are street legal with a class "G" driver's license, plates and insurance, feature brake lights, a horn, an electric assist braking system (EABS) and a brushless CPU motor. The company said the Super Ebikes range in price from $1499 to $1599, depending on battery size.
