Dawson Win Further Order.
Dawson, tel:0184 275 3505, have won a [pound]100,000 order to supply conveyors to upgrade a PET bottle handling system at the Mansfield plant of major soft drinks manufacturer, Barr Soft Drinks. The upgrade project is designed to improve line efficiency by boosting throughput. Line speeds are expected to be boosted to around 15,000 bph handling 2 Litre base bottles.The equipment to be designed and manufactured by Dawson is an integral part of the entire bottling process and the conveyor system will be wired to interface with existing machines such as fillers and labellers. The equipment will be designed to provide a massive flow-through accumulation system.
