Davie's on his high horse over debt claim; TheJudge I'LL GET IT SORTED.
Davie Fleming backed the wrong horse when he signed up to buy a collection of models of top race winners.
The Sport of Kings series, which includes Red Rum and Shergar, cost from PS14.99 per issue. But he called me in when Atlas Editions threatened to set debt collectors on him over PS41.95 he didn't owe.
Davie, 67, of Coatbridge, said: "The PS41.95 is for two models I sent back because they were damaged. I have proof of posting but Atlas don't listen." I got on to Atlas who said they'd only received one model.
But they wrote off the debt and sent Davie the horses he needs to complete his collection They said: "We are more than satisfied Mr Fleming acted in good faith." Result.
WINNER Collector Davie
