The David Cronheim Company has been named exclusive listing agent in the sale of three acres of commercial property adjacent to Progressive Office Plaza, a medical office building located in Somerset, N.J. Progressive Office Plaza is located on Cedar Grove Lane, one mile south of the Route 287. The parcel, which adjoins the medical building, is situated on Corporate Court, an existing cul-de-sac that is part of the commercial section of The Quailbrook, a residential development.

According to Peter Wisniewski, Executive Vice-President of the David Cronheim Company, the success of the area's office projects, including the 16,400 square foot Progressive Office Plaza, makes the neighboring land an ideal site for a professional/medical office building.
