Datran Media Donating 50 Million Impressions to America on the Move Campaign; Driving Users to Register on Website for September 28th ''Day of Action'' Event at Trump Tower in New York City.

NEW YORK -- Datran Media, the leading performance marketing company, announced today that it is heading the interactive component of the campaign for America on the Move (AOM), an initiative of the partnership to Promote Healthy Eating and Active Living. Datran Media is donating 50 million public service announcements online via email to drive visitors to the AOM website: www.americaonthemove.org, where they can register for the September 28th "Day of Action," a star-studded walk hosted by Donald Trump and Regis Philbin at the Trump Tower.

AOM is a national initiative dedicated to helping individuals and communities across our nation make positive changes to improve health and quality of life. By focusing on individuals and communities AOM strives to support healthy eating and active living habits in our society. AOM:

--Inspires Americans to engage in fun, simple ways to become more active and eat more healthfully to achieve and maintain a healthy weight

--Creates and supports an integrated grassroots network of state Affiliates to build communities that support individual behavior changes

--Encourages public and private partnerships at the national, state, and local level to build the capacity, reach, and support needed for individual and community behavior change.

Driving Web Users to Register

The campaign kicks off with the September 28th Day of Action, a 2000-step walk (roughly one mile) intended to illustrate how simple effecting healthy change can be for Americans. The message is simple: move more and eat less. By walking an extra 2000 steps (the equivalent of about 1 mile) and eating only 100 fewer calories each day, individuals can prevent weight gain and begin to see big results. Datran Media's campaign is designed to drive web users to register at the AOM website and participate in the walk on September 28th.

"We're honored to be in the position to help America on the Move register more participants for the September 28th Day of Action," said Sean O'Neal, Chief Marketing Officer for Datran Media. "As an office, we've started our own small initiative and we'll be participating with thousands of others at Trump Tower that day."

To be successful at creating sustainable individual behavior change, AOM must focus on the larger environment and create communities that support healthy eating and active living. By reaching individuals where they live, work, learn, and play, communities can make a difference. AOM is encouraging stakeholders from both the public and private sectors to be part of the solution.
