Datalex Appoints Chief Operating Officer and Announces Centralized Organizational Structure.

Neil Beck Named to Newly Created Position as Company

Centralizes Global Sales, Marketing and Engineering Functions

ATLANTA and DUBLIN, Ireland, July 10 /PRNewswire/ --

Datalex (Nasdaq: DLEX), a leading provider of e-Business solutions for the global travel and transportation industry, announced today the appointment of Neil Beck as Chief Operating Officer of Datalex plc.

Formerly chief executive officer for Datalex Communications USA, Inc., Mr. Beck will have worldwide responsibilities for all sales, marketing and engineering in a new centralized structure focused on providing greater synergy and product focus simultaneously with a more flexible use of resources within the company. Mr. Beck will continue to be based out of Atlanta and will join CEO Neil Wilson, CFO Liam Booth, and President and CTO Jim Peters as a member of the senior management team.
