This proceedings consists of 130 papers from the fourteen September 2006 workshops on autonomic computing systems, knowledge discovery, web-based collaboration, web semantics, flexible database technology, XML tools, logical aspects of integrity constraints, and data management. Each section begins with a brief workshop introduction. Invited papers discuss bipolar queries and queries with preferences, coupling Java algorithms and XML parsers, intelligent data mining assistance via CBR and ontologies, and events and rules for role-based security. Topics include extracting metadata from biological experimental data, a P2P resource discovery system based on a forest of trees, using replication to build highly available .NET applications, and a density estimation technique for data stream classification.
