Dassault names new ME customer service head.
Dassault Falcon, responsible for selling and supporting Falcon business jets, has appointed Bernard DelouoAEe as its new customer service manager for the Middle East region.
Bernard DelouoAEe will be based in Jeddah where a significant part of the Falcon fleet is based.
DelouoAEe comes with a strong aviation background acquired in the French military and working as a consultant to foreign defense industries. He has been living in the region for 12 years.
He will take over his new role from Arnaud Deleval, who retired earlier this year after serving Middle East Falcon customers for 10 years.
The appointment comes in the wake of the opening of a Dassault Falcon regional sales office in Dubai as well as the appointment of two new authorised service centres in Jeddah and Dubai.
Dassault Falcon currently has around 60 business jets based in the region and expects this number to grow by 30 per cent over the next three years, with a strong order book driven by sales of the Falcon 7X.
"Bernard DelouoAEe has the perfect combination of skills and experience for this role thanks to his technical background," said Guillaume Landrivon, director, Customer Relations and Field Service at Dassault.
Bernard DelouoAEe brings to Dassault more than 24 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance, working on both helicopters and Dassault fighters jets.- TradeArabia News Service
