Danielle LeBlanc; Narragansett Regional.

LeBlanc went 15-1 in the regular season with a 1.10 ERA to help the Warriors earn the top seed in the Central Mass. Division 2 Tournament, where they advanced to the semifinals. Narragansett was down, 1-0, with two outs in the bottom of the seventh against Oxford in the quarterfinals, but came back to win, 2-1, in eight innings - LeBlanc's most memorable team accomplishment of the season. Individually, she was also solid at the plate, batting .367. As part of her mound accomplishments, she threw her screwball for a strike for the first time in her career. LeBlanc was named the Mid-Wach C softball MVP for the second straight season and hopes to continue playing in college. She also plays field hockey for Narragansett, and was a league all-star this past fall. She is the daughter of Kristy and Steve LeBlanc of Templeton.
