Dancing in the street; Cardiff's streets will be bustling tomorrow as the annual Swica Carnival comes to town. So what can we expect and when? Here's a guide to all you need to know - from street entertainment to the big parade.

Where and when is Pride Cymru? IF you're missing out on the carnival atmosphere this weekend then don't worry as there will be more partying on the streets of Cardiff next weekend when Pride Cymru takes place, bringing thousands to the streets of the Welsh capital.

The event which is aimed at promoting the elimination of discrimination against sexual orientation, gender, race and religion takes place on Saturday, August 15.

The parade through Cardiff starts on Churchill Way in Cardiff city centre and heads towards Coopers Field in Bute Park where the main event is held.

The main Pride Cymru event will kick off at midday after the parade with hours of feel good Now in its ninth year, the annual Pulse Street Party allows thousands of party-goers to take over one of the city's main streets.

Pulse is situated on 3 Churchill Way, Cardiff, CF10 2HD and tickets for the after party are PS15. Buy them from Ticket Source.
