Dan Frankel.

Dan Frankel (photo), has been named senior vice president with Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT) announced Stanley Simon, a partner with the full-service commercial brokerage firm headquartered here.

Frankel, who was promoted from vice president, will be in charge of JGT's central New Jersey Industrial Division, and is based out of the Woodbridge headquarters office. Frankel specializes in sales and leasing of industrial buildings in Middlesex and Somerset Counties.

Prior to joining JGT, he was an executive vice president with Andover Realty, Inc., Edison, New Jersey, for seven years where he specialized in servicing the industrial sector in central New Jersey.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelors degree in Economics and City Planning & Development, Frankel is currently on the board of directors for Visiting Health Service of New Jersey a non-profit health care organization based in Totowa, New Jersey.
