Dairy organizations elect new officers ...

The International Dairy Food Association and three related organizations have elected new officers. They are: IDFA Chairman Paul Kruse (president & CEO, Blue Bell Creameries); Vice Chairman Gary Vanic (president & CEO, Great Lakes Cheese Company); Secretary Paul Bikowitz (president Heartland Farms); and Treasurer Tim Kahn (president & CEO Dreyer's Grain Ice Cream).

Milk Industry Foundation--Chairman Paul Bikowitz; Vice Chairman Mike Nosewicz (The Kroger Company); Secretary Ed Mullins (Prairie Farms Dairy); and Treasurer Philippe Caradec (The Dannon Company).

National Cheese Institute--Chairman Gary Vanic; Vice Chairman Rhonda Jordan (Kraft Foods); Secretary Dan Vecchiarelli (Leprino Foods Company); and Treasurer Jon Davis (Le Sueur Cheese Co./Davisco Foods International).

International Ice Cream Association--Chairman Tim Kahn; Vice Chairman Jay Jaskiewicz (Publix Super Markets); Secretary Randall Dei (Safeway); and Treasurer Martha Leyburn (Friendly Ice Cream Corp.).
